In the Netherlands, there is a tolerance policy for cannabis.
This means that possession of up to 5 grams of cannabis for personal use is not actively prosecuted.
Growing cannabis is illegal, but small home growers (maximum 5 plants) are sometimes not criminally prosecuted under certain conditions.
Commercial cultivation is always punishable, unless done through a government-licensed project.
Note: Possessing growing equipment can be viewed as preparation for illegal cultivation.
The standard delivery time is 30 to 60 days.
In some cases, we offer expedited delivery for an additional fee.

Expedited shipping is done by air freight, which is considerably more expensive, especially for heavier or larger products.
All items over 1 kg or with a dimension larger than 30 cm fall into this category, making air transport relatively costly.
Only the standard shipping costs are refunded for a return.
